Frequently asked questions
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. However, as we reserve limited spaces and prepare in advance for your dives and training, the following policy applies to all bookings:
Fun Dives:

72 hours or more before the trip:
Full refund for cash payments. For online payments, a 3.5% processing fee will be deducted. -
16 to 71 hours before the trip (until 4 PM the day before):
50% charge of the cost of the first and second diving days. The remaining balance will be refunded (minus 3.5% if paid online). -
Less than 16 hours before the trip or no-show:
No refund will be issued, as we will have reserved your spot, boat, and tanks. -
Weather-related cancellations:
If we cancel the trip due to weather or safety reasons, you’ll receive a full refund (minus 3.5% processing fee for online payments) or the option to reschedule to another available date.
Courses

7 days or more before the start date:
Full refund for cash payments. Online payments are refunded minus a 3.5% processing fee. -
3–6 days before the start date:
50% of the course fee will be charged to cover preparation, logistics, and instructor scheduling. -
Less than 72 hours before start date or no-show:
No refund will be given, as your instructor and materials will have been prepared exclusively for you. -
Weather or medical reasons:
If diving activities are delayed due to weather or a valid medical reason (supported by a doctor’s note), we’ll reschedule your dives at no additional cost.
